Horde Webmail
Horde
webmail is an advanced webmail system featuring a robust
calendar, task list, notebook, address book, and more. The
e-mail management system includes support for advanced filters,
attachments, spell checking, and displays HTML e-mail as well.
In the
screenshot below, you will see the Horde webmail interface with
an empty mailbox account. Icons for all of Horde's features are
within easy reach.

The compose
window pops up in a separate window, just like it does in
Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express. Below you will see an
example of it.

You can save a message as a draft, or even insert e-mails
directly from your address book. |

Answer/Solution
The Inbox in Horde Webmail has an option to hide or show deleted
messages. The unseen/unread total includes deleted messages that
are not read.

On the right side of the Inbox, check whether the Show
Deleted or Hide Deleted link displays.

Click Show Deleted, if it’s available, to view any deleted
messages that might be unread.

Answer/Solution
To set the default identity, which indicates the name
and e-mail address that people see when they read and
reply to your messages, follow these steps:

In the top right, click Options.

Click Personal Information to go to the page on
which you create, edit, or delete multiple
identities.

Under Your default identity, select the identity
that you want to use.

Click Save Options to save your information and
return to the main Options page.
The identity selected will automatically display in the
Identity field at the top of new messages. |

A Sent folder is created if you tick to save copy of
sent email. Click on mail button on the top
navigation then click on drop down folder to show inbox
folder and sent folder. |
